The information below applies
to projects desiring any type of warranty.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Be in good standing as a
participating Applicator.
2. Confirm Restoration System / Warranty requirements
with Thermo Technical Department.
3. Complete a Thermo Job Start Form and submit to
Thermo.
4. Participate in any level of required interm inspections.
5. Participate in any level of required final inspections.
6. Satisfy any punchlist items.
7. Complete a Thermo Project Completion Form and
submit to Thermo.
8. Satisfy any job specific outstanding Material
or Warranty Fee invoices.
